“The doctor writes the orders, but care is best done with a good team!”  A supportive, caring functional team is essential to maintaining a positive morale and thus enable a team member to effectively manage the stress he or she may experience in the medical office setting. This session will identify and discuss the many basic character strengths that contribute to a person’ ability to work on a team in the medical office setting.
