This course focuses on building positive and healthy relationships by exploring the nature of trust and respect, skills for building rapport, and leading with empathy and compassion.  Students will also explore effective communication and empathic listening skills. This course will also provide tools and strategies for managing conflict and navigating crucial conversations.  Skills, including perspective-taking and creating shared meaning, will provide opportunities for building clarity, understanding, and alignment between people, teams, and organizations.
