HMS Jersey: “The Ghost Ship”
$ 30.00
British prison ships held thousands of American prisoners during the American Revolution. First used as a hospital ship, the Jersey became a prison ship around 1779. Aboard the Jersey and similar vessels, twice as many Americans died than those that died in combat during the entire Revolution, a fact often overlooked in the annals of our struggle for independence.
